What condition is the clothing in?
Every piece is gently used and inspected. Each listing shows a condition grade and any disclosed flaws.
How are garments counted?
Each separate piece counts as one garment, so a two-piece outfit counts as two.
What's in a Surprise Bundle?
Garments in your chosen size and season, picked by us. Exact contents are a surprise and example photos are representative only. Style requests are welcome but not guaranteed.
Is shipping really included?
Yes — standard delivery within the contiguous U.S. is included in every price. Other destinations aren't supported yet; please contact us.
How does selling work?
Submit details and photos. If we approve your batch, we send a prepaid label. We inspect on arrival, send a final itemized offer, and pay after you accept.
What happens to garments you don't accept?
They're returned at the seller's cost, or donated only if you gave permission.
What if something's wrong with my order?
If you get the wrong size, an undisclosed defect, or a missing garment, contact us and we'll make it right. Full return policy is being finalized.
